This new, easy-to-use telephone lets you know who is calling before you pick up the phone. When the phone rings, a clear voice from the built-in speaker announces the number of the caller, up to 3 times. You don't even have to look at the screen!
Ideal for seniors and the hearing impaired, it has an extra large, easy-to-read LCD screen and large, soft-touch dial pads with easy-to-read numbers. Both the receiver volume and the ringer volume can be adjusted up to an extra loud 90 decibels, if necessary. There's also a super bright incoming call visual ringer that flashes on the corded handset.
It also offers state-of-the-art features usually found only in more expensive models, including: one-touch speakerphone with hands-free dialing; 16 digit telephone number and name display; built-in phonebook with up to 25 memories; incoming call memory up to 90 numbers; previous outgoing calls up to 16 memories; selection of 8 ringer melodies; conversation time indicator; music on hold; data port jack for fax and modem; and desk or wall mount capability.
Note: in order to receive Caller ID information on your phone, you must have Caller ID service from your telephone service provider. Some Caller ID services also provide the name of the caller, and their names will also be announced when they call.
