Thick-It AquaCareH2O tastes like water and looks like water. Unlike starch based products, there are no masking agents or flavor additives in AquaCareH2O. This means that you can taste the water! Thick-It AquaCare H2O requires no mixing, and is ready to drink. AquaCare H2O can also be served with pureed foods to create a complete flavorful meal that is easy to swallow.
AquaCareH2O clear water comes from an Artesian mineral water well, 600 feet below ground in Superior, Wisconsin. This pure, pristine water is thickened with xanthan gum resulting in a thickened water that is clear, tastes natural and has no masking agents or flavor additives. Ready-to-drink: chill, open and serve; no mixing required.
Contains no calories or carbohydrates and is sugar free, which makes AquacareH2O a good choice for those with diabetes or weight management issues. Because AquacareH2O contains no sugar or carbohydrates, it is also a better choice for the dental health of dysphagia patients. AquacareH2O is also Gluten free: no starch or wheat products at all; and Kosher for Passover.
Thick-It AquaCareH2O will not continue to thicken over time or in response to changes in temperature and meets the National Dysphagia Guidelines for nectar- and honey-like consistencies. Unlike starch-based thickened beverages, AquaCareH2O may be heated, chilled and frozen without changing viscosity.
Heat AquaCareH2O in a microwave safe mug, mix and heat with powdered tea, hot chocolate or instant powdered coffee for an enjoyable hot beverage. It may also be mixed and warmed with powdered baby formula.
Mix and chill AquaCareH2O with powdered tea, lemonade, milk or a variety of other powdered mixes for a refreshing beverage.
