How To Order

How do I find what I'm looking for?

Locate the items you are interested in ordering by using the Navigation Bars on the left side of the page. You may also directly locate an item by clicking on the Search bar (top left) which lets you key in the name or stock number of the item you seek.

Once I find the item I'm interested in, how do I buy it?

It's like shopping at a super market. You move through the store selecting the items you wish to purchase, checking the contents of your shopping cart to make sure you haven't missed anything; and when you're finished shopping, you check out.

Just follow the steps below...

1. On the page where the item is located, select any Options that may apply: size, color, etc..

2. Click on the Add To Cart button. The item is now in your Shopping Cart.

3. From the Shopping Cart you may do any of the following:

a) adjust the quantity of the item you wish to order

b) remove items from your Shopping Cart

c) continue shopping

d) Use the Shipping Calculator to determine your Shipping and Handling Charges

e) Check out. Checking out will take you to our Secure Order Form page.

4. When you are finished shopping, click on the View Cart button (top left) to see what's in your Shopping Cart. If you have everything you want to order, then it's time to take your shopping cart to the cashier and check out. To do this, click on the Checkout button.

5. Checkout takes you to our Secure Order Form, where you enter your address and credit card information. The complete transaction is encrypted to keep your personal information safe and secure. You may cancel your order at any time by clicking on the Cancel button on the Order Form pages.

A confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to you when you complete the ordering process. This e-mail will confirm that we have received your order, and give you an immediate record of the transaction. It will contain a list of the items you ordered along with the total price.

Can I order an item and have it shipped to a different address or to someone else as a gift?

Yes. We can ship your order to an alternate address, or directly to your friends or family members with an enclosed personalized message from you, printed on a gift card. To make a gift order, enter the recipient's name and address in the Shipping Address fields in the Check Out Order Form. Enter your name and address in the Billing Address fields, and enter your gift card message (optional) in the Gift Message field.

Is there a faster or easier way to re-order the medical supplies that I buy on a regular basis?

Yes. Bookmark the web pages (for the items you regularly purchase) in your Web Browser. You can place these bookmarks in a folder named BMS for your convenience. Alternately, you could call Customer Service toll free at 1-800-225-8446 and ask to duplicate your previous order.

What if the item I'm looking for doesn't seem to be on your site?
